MASIF

As described in the chapters about MASIF and the new Agent System, the TAgents Mobile Agent System is not fully compatible to the MASIF standard defined by the OMG.

The platform is complaint to the MAFFinder part of it, not to the MAFAgentSystem. The task to make it compatible to the MAFFinder definition would be the creation of a CORBAMAFFinderServiceProxy as described in the Chapter . This is the easier part of making the platform standard conform. The next step would be to make the System fit into the MAFAgentSystem definition. Since this part of the standard also depends on CORBA, a complete CORBA communication service should be created. The MAFAgentSystem still is undergoing a lot of changes in the OMG, making this a tasks for the future.
